1. General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
1.1 Scope
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all digital offerings of the ALMA & SHANTI online shop, owner: Tatjana Thomas, hereinafter referred to as the “Seller.” A consumer within the meaning of these terms and conditions is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor their independent professional activity (§ 13 BGB).
1.2 Conclusion of contract
The presentation of the products on the website does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding product presentation. A binding contract is only concluded when the Seller confirms the order by email or digital access to the product has been provided.
1.3 Prices and terms of payment
All prices quoted are final prices in accordance with § 19 UStG (small business regulation, no VAT shown). Payment is made using the payment methods offered in the shop.
1.4 Delivery and access to digital content
The seller offers exclusively digital products (e.g., PDFs, audio files, audio journeys, digital courses) for download or streaming. No physical products are shipped.
Access is granted after successful payment by email or via a secure download link. The content is available to the customer for a limited time or permanently, depending on the product description.
1.5 Language
All digital products—in particular audio journeys and meditations—are written or produced exclusively in German.
1.6 Right of withdrawal and refund
In accordance with § 356 (5) BGB (German Civil Code), the right of withdrawal for digital content expires as soon as the execution of the contract has begun, e.g. the download link has been sent or the product has been activated.
A refund of the purchase price is excluded after the product has been accessed.
1.7 Copyright and Terms of Use
All content offered on the website, including texts, designs, audio recordings, meditations, audio journeys, course materials, and visuals, is protected by copyright. This applies in particular to the owner's voice contained in the products and to content that has been created and artistically developed with the help of artificial intelligence (AI).
Purchasers receive a simple, non-transferable right of use for exclusively personal, private use.
The following actions are expressly prohibited and will be prosecuted under criminal and civil law (Sections 106 ff. UrhG):
* The reproduction, distribution, publication, editing, commercial use, or other dissemination of the digital content—in whole or in part
* Copying, imitating, or using the owner's voice for other purposes, in particular commercial or third-party purposes
* Using the content or voice for AI training, automatic generation, digital cloning, or synthetic speech applications
Any unauthorized use, regardless of its nature, may result in injunctive relief, claims for damages, and criminal consequences.
1.8 Liability
The Seller shall only be liable for damages resulting from intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty. Liability for slight negligence is excluded, unless it concerns the breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations), damages resulting from injury to life, limb, or health, or claims under the Product Liability Act.
1.9 Applicable law
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of the Seller, insofar as this is legally permissible.
1.10 Vouchers and discount codes
Vouchers and discount codes issued by ALMA & SHANTI can only be redeemed in accordance with the specified conditions and within the valid period.
* Only valid vouchers and discount codes will be accepted.
* Multiple vouchers or discount codes cannot be combined or used simultaneously.
* Vouchers/discount codes expire automatically after the expiry date.
* Cash payment, refunds, or extensions of expired or unused vouchers or discount codes are excluded.
* The resale or unauthorized publication of discount codes is not permitted.
1.11 Technical requirements and personal responsibility
The use of ALMA & SHANTI's digital products requires certain technical requirements on the part of the customer.
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that their end devices (e.g., computer, smartphone, tablet) as well as the software and Internet connection used meet the technical requirements for using and downloading the products.
This applies in particular to:
* MP3 or PDF compatibility
* Sufficient internet speed
* A functioning email address and mailbox storage space
A refund of the purchase price is excluded if the download or use of the products fails for technical reasons that are not within the seller's area of responsibility.
1.12 Subjective effect of spiritual content
The products and content offered, in particular audio journeys, meditations, rituals, or energetic aids, are based on spiritual, personal, or energetic concepts.
The effect of this content is individual and subjective, as spiritual experiences are perceived differently from person to person.
No guarantee is given for the occurrence of certain mental, emotional, or energetic states. Statements about possible effects do not constitute warranted characteristics in the legal sense.
1.13 Right to change content and prices
The seller expressly reserves the right to change or adapt the content, prices, product descriptions, or technical formats of the digital offers at any time and without prior notice.
These changes do not apply retroactively to products that have already been purchased. There is no entitlement to price adjustments, refunds, or subsequent product changes.
1.14 Limited availability of digital content / download period
The digital products are made available via a link that is sent to the buyer by email.
This link is active for a maximum of 48 hours from the time of dispatch and can only be used once. After this period has expired or after the download has already been completed, access expires permanently.
The download link cannot be resent and the purchase price cannot be refunded.
The seller is not obliged to make products available permanently or indefinitely via external platforms. There is no entitlement to continued access to the product after the expiry of the period.
1.15 Disclaimer for third-party providers
The seller accepts no liability for the proper functioning of external platforms and providers used in the context of contract processing (e.g., payment services such as PayPal, Stripe, or hosting services such as Dropbox, Google Drive, etc.).
The respective terms of use and privacy policies of these third-party providers apply. In the event of failures, technical malfunctions, or restrictions on use on the part of these providers, no claims can be made against the Seller.

2.3 Disclosure of data
Your data will only be disclosed to service providers (e.g., payment providers, hosting service providers) to the extent necessary for the performance of the contract. No further transfer of data will take place.
2.4 Rights of the data subject
You have the right to information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, and data portability at any time in accordance with Articles 15 to 20 of the GDPR, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority in accordance with Article 77 of the GDPR.
2.5 Cookies and tracking
This website uses only technically necessary cookies. Tracking or analysis tools are only used with your express consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).

No promise of healing is made within the meaning of the German Advertising of Medicines Act (HWG). Use is always at your own risk.
3.2 No substitute for medical advice

4. Copyright information regarding AI content
Some content (text, visuals, audio scripts) was generated with the aid of artificial intelligence (AI) and creatively revised by the owner. The resulting works are protected by copyright as the intellectual property of ALMA & SHANTI (§ 2 UrhG).
Sharing, uploading, reproducing, or reselling this content is strictly prohibited and will be prosecuted under criminal and civil law.
5. Final provisions
Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, or Disclaimer be or become invalid in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected (§ 306 BGB). The invalid provision shall be replaced by one that comes closest to the economic purpose of the original.
